1. Shipping Estimates
To provide you with a curated selection of high-quality products at the best prices, we utilize global fulfillment centers. This means your order is shipped directly from our international partners to your doorstep.
Timeframe: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday).
Confirmation: Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking details.
Cancellations: Because we use an automated fulfillment system, orders can only be canceled before processing begins.
2. Delivery Times
We ship directly from our global fulfillment centers to offer you the best selection and value.
Standard U.S. Delivery: 7–15 business days after processing.
International Delivery: 10–20 business days on average.
Note: Delivery dates are estimates. Actual transit times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak holiday periods.
3. Tracking
Sync Time: Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Visibility: You can track your package directly on our website via the Track Your Order page.
4. Shipping Issues & Protection
To protect our customers and our business, we adhere to the following:
"Delivered" but Missing: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, you must provide a Non-Delivery Certification from your local post office with an official seal.
Address Errors: We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Customs & Duties: 2BestFriends is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order. These are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
Damaged: Contact us at support@2bestfriends.com within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof of the product and the shipping label.
Lost: An order is considered lost if there are no tracking updates for 45 days (USA) or 60 days (International). In these cases, we will provide a full resend or refund.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by extraordinary events beyond our control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, strikes, or customs inspections.
