How long do I have to report a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us at support@2bestfriends.com within 7 days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To process your claim, include clear photos or a short video showing the issue, along with your order number. Claims without photo or video proof submitted within this 7-day window cannot be accepted.
Do you accept returns for other reasons?
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for personal reasons such as ordering the wrong item, providing an incorrect address, or simply changing your mind!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed at our warehouse. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
